It has a swimming pool and a large garden area suitable for various activities such as yoga, outdoor exercises etc. We also offer a tour to our guests through the ancient olive forest where they can visit the oldest olive tree in Ulcinj which is 1314 years old , hear story of our family 600 year old olive tradition and have the opportunity to taste and buy our family extra virgin olive oil, olive oil soap and other olive oil products. All our units are non smoking and have a balcony. There is also a sink, an electric kettle for making tea or coffee, fitted with a fridge . Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom, shower and free toiletries also. The holiday park features free Wi-Fi all over the property. Holiday Park Olive Tree also includes a local/traditional food restaurant during night times , outdoor showers and outdoor swimming pool. Free private parking is available on site for every guest. We are suitable for family holidays as well. Children can enjoy various activities such as long walking’s, exploring the olive forest, swim in the pool and play in our property. You can start the day with a rich buffet with everyday freshly made breakfast which will be served under the ancient olives. Exceptional stay, paradise by the olive trees in Ulcinj!

his place is a true paradise in Ulcinj. The accommodation was comfortable, the views were amazing, the peace and quiet was rejuvenating. More importantly, the owners and staff were some of the kindest people I have met, always making sure that we were OK, and helping us. Even when I had an issue with parking, Amid made out of his way to help and to make us feel comfortable. I will return and highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great place to relax. Oh, also – amazing breakfast & food!!! 😍 Thank you and see you again !!

Perfect hideaway ☺️

 Such a beautiful place in the middle of the nature. Calm and so welcoming. We stayed in a front row bungalow which offered great views and sun on the terrace. The breakfast is amazingly served by the owners every day!

· We felt so relaxed there. The property and estate is beautiful. Breakfast was like a show, so much variety. The meal we were served at night was simple, fresh, tasty and filling. We stayed in one of the tents. The toilet / shower was separate but private which was good. We really enjoyed the shower outside! Very refreshing.

Disliked  · As others have commented, breakfast was served after 9:30. It was 9:40 I think by the time it all came out. We were in a rush to return our car but decided to wait for breakfast as we heard it was so nice!! It was the best breakfast we had over our stay in Montenegro and Croatia but was a pain to wait around for it and had to rush off after 5 minutes.. a bit of flexibility would of been good. Also, in the tent, you can hear all the clubs in Ulcinj on a Friday night. It was hard to sleep. Then we were awoken by another guest at 5:30am who was starting their daily prayers.
